When you call the Subscribe method, it returns EventMessageHandler which implements IDisposable.&lt;br /&gt;
Call Dispose method, if you want to unsubscribe a handler.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To create one you should use Visual Studio. Right click on your project, select Add New Item, than choose Settings File (optionally, specify name EventId.settings) and click Add.&lt;/p&gt;
